1984 opens on Broadway

Robert Icke and Duncan Macmillan’s 1984 opened last night at the Hudson Theatre, New York.

The Almeida co-production transfers to Broadway after acclaimed sell-out tours of the UK and Australia as well as three West End runs. The production has now been seen by over 400,000 people worldwide. 

The Broadway cast features Tom Sturridge, Olivia Wilde and Reed Birney.
