A reading of Hidden Fires by Manjula Padmanabhan, one of India’s most prolific writers. A raw, explosive monologue addressing the violence against India’s Muslim community during the 2002 Gujarat riots, it examines our culpability in the face of violence and extremism.
Reading will be performed by Neil D'Souza.
