Award-winning poet and spoken word artist Polar Bear (aka Steven Camden) will run a workshop to inspire young writers to create and perform their own spoken word pieces.

Steven Camden

Steven Camden (Polarbear) is one of the most respected spoken word artists in the UK. He’s also written two Young Adult novels: Tape and It's About Love; and he’s a playwright. He was co-writer and script mentor on the Akram Khan Company's Olivier Award winning production Desh, as well as script writer for LIFT festival's acclaimed production Turfed. His theatre piece Mouth Open, Story Jump Out, received five star reviews and is currently on its third international tour.
