Young Critics: Double Bill at the Bunker Responses

The Young Critics were invited to creatively respond to a Double-Bill of i will still be whole (when you rip me in half) and Before I Was A Bear that was performed at the Bunker Theatre.

"This is inevitably a gendered thing and a political thing; teenage(girl)hood is in many ways horrifying and tumultuous and messy."
Read Clodagh Chapman's response

"The play pits the existence of a distance mother and daughter side by side, exposing their cuts that become wounds, and their wounds that become scars."
Read Claire Chelsea Bondzanga's response

"It’s too much to bear. My fifteen minutes of shame. Up in suffocating smoke. My private life, to the public, aired."
