The Almeida Theatre is a registered charity that relies on individual support to realise our artistic ambitions. With ticket sales covering just 40% of our operating costs, we need to raise £2.5m each year – making our supporters truly vital to everything we do.

The power of philanthropic support plays an essential role in making the Almeida possible, and has a transformative impact on our work. Individual donations are critical to each and every aspect of our theatre, and have the ability to make a real and tangible difference to what we can achieve.

The generosity of our donors allows us to develop our artistic programme with confidence, empowering us to create extraordinary home-grown theatre that takes risks, reflects our life and times, and creates inspiring experiences on and off the stage.
