These performances are designed for anyone who would benefit from a more relaxed audience environment when seeing a production. They allow for noise and movement in the auditorium, re-entry when needed and a space outside of the auditorium where audience members can sit if they need time away from the show.
They are open to all but are particularly suitable for anyone who benefits from being able to make a noise, leave and return to their seat or access the toilets during the performance.
At these performances there will be no (or very minimal) technical adjustments made to the production on stage, so they are not suitable for people with sensory sensitivities.
During these performances auditorium lights may be left on at a low level to allow for easier exit and entry.
We can supply a Scene and Sensory Synopsis ahead of the performance on request, that can help with planning a visit. These include a summary of the plot and highlight content and sensory triggers, such as load noises, scene by scene.
