Accessibility Tour

Concessions and Companion Tickets

Deaf and disabled patrons can buy discounted tickets for all performances. A companion ticket can also be purchased at the same discounted rate. Tickets can be booked via the Box Office on 020 7359 4404 or contact access@almeida.co.uk. If you have issues with speaking or hearing, you can also book via the text relay service Relay by BT.

Audiences aged 25 or under with access requirements can also buy £5 tickets for our Audio Described, Captioned, Dementia Friendly and Relaxed Environment performances, as well as our 25s & Under nights (specific to each production).

Wheelchairs

There are a limited number of wheelchair spaces and transfer seats available in the stalls for every performance. Our auditorium seating changes with every production so the exact location will vary.

Wheelchair spaces can be booked via the Box Office by calling 020 7359 4404 or emailing boxoffice@almeida.co.uk. Deaf and disabled audiences plus a companion can buy discounted tickets.

The Almeida is a Grade II listed building and does not have a lift to the circle.

We can store up to three wheelchairs for audiences able to transfer into a seat. There are several end of row seats with level access in the front and centre stalls that are appropriate to transfer to. Audience members are expected to transfer to a seat without assistance from staff, either by themselves or with assistance from their companion. For more information and to book your tickets, please call the Box Office on 020 7359 4404 or email boxoffice@almeida.co.uk.

A wheelchair user is sat at the end of the first row in the Stalls looking at the stage.
