Why do I need to reset my password?

We have recently upgraded our booking system which requires you to create a new password. If you haven't logged on to our website since 3 October, please click here to change it. When logging in, please use the same email address you used when you first created an account with us. 

How do I reset my password?

Click here to reset your password. You will be emailed a link with instructions.

It’s says it can’t locate my account or login information
For us to reset your password you need to use the same email address as when you first registered for an account. If you can’t remember your email address you will need to create a new account.

How do I create an account?

To purchase a ticket, Membership, merchandise or make a donation you will need to register for an account with us. To do this click here complete the fields and then click the ‘register’ button.

How do I update/change how I receive information from the Almeida?

To manage your preferences please log-in and then click ‘manage my account’ and then click the ‘your preferences’. You will then be able to update/amend how you wish to receive information from the Almeida.
